Special Lymington and Pennington Town Council meeting over Cicero Estates' 82-homes plan near Oakhaven Hospice




A SPECIAL meeting has been called by Lymington and Pennington Town Council to discuss its response to plans for a major housing development near Oakhaven Hospice.

Applicant Cicero Estates wants to build 82 homes on agricultural land east of Lower Pennington Lane.

There have so far been 321 objections raised, with 61 supporting. The outline application has been submitted to New Forest District Council for a decision.

The public meeting will be held at the town hall in Avenue Road on 1st March at 6pm.
