Beaulieu announces cancellation of its Festive Fayre

BEAULIEU'S Festive Fayre at the National Motor Museum has been cancelled, with organisers blaming the "current economic climate".

Refunds have been promised those who have already booked tickets for the event which was due to take place on 10th and 11th December.

It had been billed as a "feast for foodies" and expected to feature more than 700 stalls, with wine tasting and musical entertainment.

A spokesperson said: "Beaulieu, together with event organiser Immediate Live, have made the difficult decision to cancel the Beaulieu Festive Fayre.

"Unfortunately, the current economic climate has made it incredibly challenging to organise an event that will deliver a quality experience for visitors and traders.

"Ticket holders will receive a full refund, including any transaction fees where applicable, within the next 10 days to the card used to make the booking."

Beaulieu will be open for festive fun over that weekend, however, with Palace House decorated with a Christmas tree in every room, children's crafts, and a visit from Santa.
